Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will ensure that you have enough time to prepare, and that there will not be any hindering factors in your relaxing experience and the efficacy of the massage.

We understand that circumstance may lead to late arrivals on the part of our clients, and we will make sure that you receive full service whenever it is possible. However, in cases when late arrivals affect other scheduled appointments, your massage time will be shortened so that there would be no delays with the appointments that follow.

As a courtesy to other clients at Zen, please keep your voice low in communication with our staff. Cell phones should be either turned off or set on silent on entering the premises.

On scheduling gift-voucher massages, it is important that you provide the voucher number located on the back-side. Cancelling massages is possible 24h prior to the scheduled date. If you are unable to use your voucher within the 30 days of its issue, please let us know. Otherwise, your voucher will expire.

If you want to repeat the experience with one of our therapists, it is necessary that you notify our staff on scheduling the massage.
